About ICCTA

Culture and tourism as a practical bridge

Founded in 2015, the Ireland China Culture and Tourism Association promotes mutual understanding, people-to-people exchange and practical cooperation between Ireland and China.

Our work connects individuals, communities, businesses, schools and universities, tourism professionals and public institutions through real events, cultural travel, heritage showcases and long-term cooperation programmes.

We support cultural exchange delegations, travel trade visits, familiarisation trips and programme coordination between Ireland and China.

Public Storytelling

Make each activity keep working after it ends

For institutions and commercial partners, a visit or event should create value beyond the day itself. ICCTA connects events, newsletters, news, case studies and video updates so cultural tourism activity can become permanent website links, seasonal updates and shareable stories.

  • Events create public activity and partner touchpoints.
  • Newsletters turn seasonal work into a professional publishing archive.
  • Photo and video updates add visual context for cultural exchange, FAM trips and heritage stories.
